No. Australia Post charges one national price for parcels up to 5 kg, so distance makes no difference below that weight. It only starts to matter on parcels over 5 kg, which is a fairly large order from us.

We dispatch within one business day. Australia Post quotes two to six business days for Parcel Post, and from Perth the eastern states usually sit at the longer end of that. Regional addresses can add another day or two.

Yes, if you are in Perth. Choose pickup at checkout and there is no postage and no minimum spend. See Perth pickup.

Yes. Everything is imported South African stock in its original packaging, not a locally made version.

The flames on each product are honest, one to four. All Purpose Masala is one flame and mild enough for anyone. Kashmiri Extra Special sits in the middle. Romborossi Sting and Mother In Law Masala are the full four, genuinely hot, and behave more like a chilli powder than a curry powder, so start with less than you think.

Everything we send has a usable date on it. If anything arrives short dated, tell us and we will sort it out. See returns.

Glass does occasionally lose an argument with a parcel sorter. Send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it or refund it, your choice.
