Returns
If something is wrong
Food is food, so this is a bit different to returning a jumper. Here is what we do in each case.
Broken in transit
Send a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the broken one back. This is the most common one, because glass and parcel sorters do not get along.
Wrong item sent
Our mistake, so we cover it. Tell us within seven days and we will send the right thing and pay the postage to get the wrong one back, or just let you keep it if returning it costs more than the item.
Short dated stock
Imported groceries sometimes arrive with less shelf life than a locally made equivalent. We check dates before packing. If something reaches you with a date that is unreasonably close, tell us and we will refund it.
Changed your mind
Unopened, undamaged and within fourteen days, we will refund the item price. You cover the return postage, and we cannot take back anything that has been opened, because it is food.
Your rights either way
Nothing here reduces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe or not what it was described as, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of what this page says.
How to start one
Use the contact page with your order reference and a photo if there is damage. That is all we need.
