Gorima's Romborossi Sting Masala
Very hot Durban chilli masala. For people who actually want the burn.

Gorima's
Gorima's have done the mixing already: their Kashmiri blend comes as a wet paste, so dinner does not start with half the spice rack open on the counter. Fry a couple of spoons in hot oil until the smell changes, then add your onions, then the meat or veg and enough liquid to cover. Kashmiri is the red blend, so the pot ends up a deep rust colour instead of the usual muddy brown, and the warmth in it stops short of burning.
How to use it. Two heaped tablespoons into hot oil first, then onions, then your meat or veg and the liquid.
