Romborossi Sting is the hot end of the Gorima's range, a Durban chilli masala for curries where the heat is the point and not a side effect. Treat it more like a chilli powder than a curry powder: it will take over a pot if you measure with a heavy hand. First time out, use less than you think and correct upwards. Half a kilo goes a long way at that rate.
How to use it. Bloom a small spoon of it in hot oil with your onions before anything else goes in, taste, then decide about more.
